Yes. The change and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm your booking. You can also change your dates or vehicle, subject to availability.
Pickup & return
At the agency, or delivered to the airport and other pickup points. You choose the location directly in the booking form.
Your valid driving licence, an ID document, and the credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit.
Rates & payment
Yes, all our rates include unlimited mileage. You can travel across the whole region at no extra cost.
Yes, the price shown includes insurance and unlimited mileage. There are no hidden fees added at departure.
Insurance & deposit
Third-party liability insurance is included in all our rates. Additional coverage (deposit waiver) is available as an option.
The deposit varies by vehicle category. It is held on your card at pickup and released when the vehicle is returned in good condition.
Driving & assistance
Contact our assistance immediately, available 24/7 for ongoing rentals. Never have a third party intervene without our agreement.
You must be at least 21 years old and hold a licence for at least one year. A "young driver" surcharge may apply depending on the category.
